Hankins and Johann manufactures 3 styles of
Aluminum entrance Door Designs.
- HJ Narrow Stile 2" nominal
- HJ Medium Stile 3 1/2" nominal
- HJ Wide Stile 5" nominal
Door and frame sections are extruded using
aluminum 6063-T6 alloy; weathering is controlled through application of
Schlegel's Q-Lon weather stripping.
Fabrication:
All doors are fabricated using mortised and reinforced corner
construction, assembled with 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter steel tension rods for
maximum strength. The frame jambs and headers are assembled using 1 3/4"
(44.4mm) x 4 1/2" (114.3mm) or 2" (40.8mm) x 4 1/2" (114.3mm) flush glazed
sections.
